About the Hulburt Group
Founded in 2010, the Hulburt Group is a highly successful investment group based in the Puget Sound area of Washington state. We have increased revenue and growth substantially for each of the companies we have acquired or purchased majority stock in, and would love to do the same for your business.

- We’re not financial engineers - we have a great track record of assisting the companies we acquire to grow their revenue and profitability significantly.
Investment Size
We invest in companies with earnings between $1 million and $5 million. Any size of strategic add-on EBITDA may be considered.
People
We look to partner with outstanding managers and great teams.
Control
Hulburt Group prefers majority ownership but will consider minority stakes for growth investments.
